Cancellation within 10 business days before course date will be entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellation withing 5 business days before course date will not be entitled to a refund, however a replacement individual may be sent to the class. Cancellation for classes with closed registration will not be entitled to a refund. Bowen Food Safety LLC is not responsible for any omissions and errors in HACCP/Food Safety Plans or any other documentation developed by course participants based on the content of material provided. Virtual course participants must comply with all requirements as outlined by FSPCA and provided at registration. Virtual Live courses – will be recorded as required by FSPCA. Training material for Virtual Courses are provided in electronic versions only. Hard Copies maybe purchases for an additional fee. Hard copies will be provided for In Person classes.
